Resilience?

Resilience in organizations?

Resilience within organizations operates through a dual mechanism. Firstly, it thrives by cultivating an environment that allows employees to engage within a culture prioritizing their well-being and psychological safety. When employees feel valued, supported, and free to express themselves, they are better positioned to develop resilience. Secondly, resilience is nurtured through a collaborative effort with employees, fostering an understanding of healthy mental and emotional habits. Equipping employees with tools like stress management, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence which empowers them to navigate challenges adeptly and contributes to a harmonious and thriving work atmosphere.

Strengthening resilience yields improved self-esteem, a greater sense of control over life's circumstances, an enhanced sense of purpose, and better interpersonal relationships among employees.
