My Coaching Philosophy
I believe that every person possesses inner wisdom, which holds the transformative power to guide their growth and facilitate positive change.
"In this one life we are given, it is our responsibility to work on its quality, especially when it is in our hands."

My coaching approach includes 'Ontology' as its foundation.
Ontology is the branch of philosophy that studies the nature of existence, reality, and being.
As per Humberto Maturana (Chilean biologist and philosopher), "What is observed depends on the observer" and one of the key ideas behind ontological coaching is that the client is limited by not 'what' they observe but 'how' they observe and create meaning. The problem, solutions, and possibilities exist in the 'how' they observe the world. In all this, the coach provides a safe space for clients to make such distinctions and become more powerful observers. Another important aspect that plays a part in Ontological coaching is language. It is the key element when humans create reality. When a change in language happens, a different world becomes available to the observer.
A lot of ontological coaching deals with a person's worldview, language, emotions and body.
What resonates deeply with me about coaching is its simplicity and intentions. It goes beyond being a mere profession and becomes a mindset, a way of being. Coaching embodies unwavering trust in the client's potential, inviting them to delve deep within themselves. It creates a sense of inner freedom.
Coaching is not just about tools and techniques. Rather its foundation is based on the relationship between the client and the coach.
I love this work as it is honest, compassionate, deep and outcome oriented.
I find solace and inspiration in music, travel and books.
What drives my curiosity is the paradoxical nature of existence, where the seemingly meaningless intertwines with a profound purpose. This realization stirs me to help others on their own transformative journeys of self-discovery.
Amidst this voyage, my lifeline is my family and friends. They are the pillars that anchor me through life.
My grandfather, whose presence filled each moment with splendor, is deeply missed every day. Memories of him continue to shape my journey and something inside me.
I am, at times, an overthinker, a person who has dealt with self-doubt for a long time and a work in progress.
